Gift Certificates

We offer gift certificates for any services, packages, or dollar amount. Our gift certificates are great for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, bridal parties, or just because.

Gratuities

Gratuities are greatly appreciated and are not included in any previous prices, gift certificates or packages and are always left to the discretion of our clients. They can be paid by cash or credit card. No personal checks.

Cancellations

The time slot you chose when making your appointment is specifically for you and we would kindly request a 24-hour notice of your cancellation.

For group and package or multi-service reservations, we require a credit card or gift certificate number. When reservations are canceled with less than 24 hours notice, a 50% fee will be charged. When appointments are missed without notice there will be a 100% charge.

Arrivals

Please arrive 10 minutes in advance to settle down and relax for your service(s). Late arrivals will not get an extension of time and will be responsible for full service fees.
